Please note:
Triples and/or additional third person rates will not be confirmed in Moderate and Ocean View categories.
Additional person charge for all other categories is $50.00.
There is no charge for children 12 years and under when sharing the same room with parents and utilizing the existing bedding.
Additional rollaway is $50.00 plus tax per night.

Year End Period:
During the Year End Period from December 24, 2007 until January 6, 2008 there is a five night minimum stay required.  Our Reservations Department will contact you to make arrangements for a two night deposit to be charged to your credit card within 14 days of booking your reservation for the special Year End Period. Cancellation must be received by the hotel by November 15, 2007 to avoid a two night penalty charge.

Peak Season Rates
will apply on the nights from January 7 until March 15, 2008 and July 1 until August 31, 2008.

Extended Stays during Peak Season:
During Peak Season Reservations for 30 consecutive nights or more are considered to be extended stays. Cancellations for extended stays must be received by the hotel at least fourteen days prior to the arrival date to avoid a penalty charge during peak season.
Cancellations received within fourteen days of arrival date or non-arriving guests staying for an extended stay will be assessed a one night's room charge with applicable taxes for each 7 days of their planned stay.

Low Season Rates
will apply on the nights from March 16 - June 30, 2008 and September 1 to December 23, 2008.
Extended Stays during Low Season:
Reservations for 30 consecutive nights or more are considered to be extended stays. Cancellations for extended stays must be received by the hotel at least seven days prior to the arrival date to avoid a penalty charge during low season.
Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival date or non-arriving guests staying for an extended stay will be assessed a one night's room charge with applicable taxes for each 7 days of their planned stay.

Room Deposit and Cancellation:
To guarantee a reservation, a deposit in the amount of one night's room charge is required or a major credit card within ten days of confirmation.  Cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival date or non-arriving guests will be assessed a one night's room charge with applicable taxes.

DIRECTIONS:

• Honolulu International Airport is located nine miles SSW of the hotel. 
• Taxi Fare: Approximately $29 one-way. Shuttle Van Service: $9 per person one-way. 
• If traveling via rental car, take H-1 Freeway East to 25A "King Street". Turn right at second stoplight onto Kapahulu Avenue. Follow Kapahulu until road ends at "T" intersection. Turn left onto Kalakaua Avenue. Immediately take right fork in road. Hotel will be first tall building on right (ocean) side of street.
