Parcels and luggage may be stored while touring or between check-out and airline departure. Packages sent to the hotel prior to your arrival should clearly have the Full Guest Name staying at the hotel and their arrival date. Complimentary beach towels and mats are available at the Bell Desk. Please return to Bell Desk after use. Please do not remove towels from your room. Beach chairs and snorkeling equipment are available for rent at the Bell Desk.

Cribs are available at no charge through our Housekeeping Department. Please advise the Reservations Staff at the time of booking if a crib is required. Cribs can not be accommodated in Moderate and Ocean View category rooms.
Doctors / 病院・ドクターのご案内
Doctors On-call is located at 120 Kaiulani Avenue, 1st floor. Open 24 hours, no appointment necessary. Shuttle transportation available by calling (808) 971-6000.
Electric Current Voltage / 電圧
All outlets provide 110V, AC 60cycle. A limited number of adapters are available thru our Housekeeping Department.
Emergencies / 緊急時の連絡
In case of emergency, please contact the telephone operator immediately by dialing 0. There are two emergency staircases on each floor. Please refer to room floor plans located on the guest room door. Fire alarm and fire extinguishers are located on each floor.
Facsimile ･Photocopying / ファックス・コピーサービス
In-coming faxes are free to hotel guests. There is a nominal fee for out going faxes and photocopying. Please visit the Front Desk for these services.
Fitness Center / フィットネスセンター
Use of gym equipment is offered through Healthy Habits Spa, located ground floor of the Diamond Head Wing. Rental fees will apply and appointments are required. Please call (808) 926-2929.
Housekeeping / 客室係り
Daily maid service is between 8:00AM and 4:00PM. Our housekeeping staff can provide you with extra towels, pillows, drinking glasses and other similar amenities. Press the Housekeeping button or dial 7055.
Ice Machine / アイスマシン
Ice machine in the main hotel is located on the 8th floor, adjacent to room 830. Ice machine for the Diamond Head Wing is located on the second floor, adjacent to room 209.
Internet Access / インターネット
High speed wired Internet access is available in all guests rooms for a nominal fee. A credit card is required to access this service. Please refer to the instructions provided in your room.
Internet Kiosk / ロビーでのインターネットアクセス
For the convenience of our guest travelling without laptops a Internet Kiosk is now available in the hotel lobby. Using Internet Explorer this convenient unit allows you to check your email or print your boarding passes. The machine accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discovercard and cash.
Keys / ルームキー
A magnetic card key is issued to each new guest, and we ask that you please keep your card key in your possession during your stay. If lost or damaged, please see the Front Desk with proper ID for a new set of keys.
Laundry (Self-Service) / コイン・ランドリー
Coin-operated washers, dryers and soap dispensers are located on the first floor of the Diamond Head Wing building. The laundry room is open daily from 7:00AM - 9:00PM.
Laundry Services and Dry Cleaning / ランドリー
Professional laundry and dry cleaning services are available. Laundry bags and slips are provided in your room. Please do not leave your laundry outside your room. Laundry or dry cleaning collected before 9:00 AM will be returned the same day, except for Sundays and holidays. Remember to complete the laundry slip and include it in the laundry bag.
Lost and Found / 忘れ物・落し物
Our Front Desk and Housekeeping Department may assist you in tracing lost property. Items left in your room after checkout will be stored for up to thirty (30) days. Personal items left behind may be mailed to you. Guest is responsible for the postage fee.
Mail / 郵便
Incoming mail will be held at the Front Desk and the flashing message light on your telephone will be activated. Mail drop for outgoing mail is located at the Front Desk. Mail is picked up daily except Sundays and holidays. The daily pickup time is 10am.
Messages / メッセージ
Messages are recorded on the hotel’s voice mail system and indicated by the flashing light on your phone.
Movie / 映画
In-Room Movie is available for movie rental convenience. Please refer to the rental instructions provided in your room or you may contact our Front Desk for more information. The hotel has no authorization to waive charges.
Newspaper / 新聞
Complimentary daily local newspaper will be delivered to your room. A newspaper rack is also located in the lobby.
No-Smoking laws / 全館禁煙のご案内
Smoking is prohibited by laws in all of our guest rooms (including Lanais), restaurants, bars and enclosed public areas.

Hotel parking is valet service only. Parking passes are available at the Front Desk for a nominal fee. Between the hours of 11:00PM - 6:30AM, please drop-off and pick-up your car keys at the Front Desk. Metered parking is available on the street from 10:00AM - 6:00PM daily, including holidays. Street parking is at your own risk.

Postage stamps are available at in the convenience store fronting hotel parking entrance.
Safe / 金庫
Complimentary in-room safe is available for securing your valuables and other personal property. Refer to the instructions that accompany the safe for information. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to property left in the room.

Hotel Guidelines and Policies
For your safety and the safety of fellow guests, we request your assistance in observing the following hotel guidelines.
Hawaii State Law prohibits smoking in public areas. We are a 100% smoke free facility.
- No visitors allowed in guest rooms after 10:00PM. Unregistered guests are not allowed in rooms and will be subject to removal by security or management.
- The fixtures in the room may not be altered or rearranged without permission of hotel officials.
- Animals and birds, offensive smelling items and bulky items are not permitted in the room . Please check with Bell Desk Department for storage space for surfboards and/or bicycles.
- Please refrain from making loud noises in your room or hallways.
- Parties are not allowed in guest rooms.
- Gambling is not permitted in the hotel.
- Soliciting is prohibited in hotel property.
- Minors are not allowed to stay at this hotel without the consent of their parents or guardians.
- The balcony railing must be kept clear of any hanging articles. Hanging/climbing from the balcony, as well as any objects thrown or dropped from the balcony is strictly prohibited.
- Pets (except for registered guide animals) are not allowed in hotel rooms.
- If requested by hotel personnel, guests must grant access to any part of their room, for the purpose of security issues, emergencies, evaluation, or maintenance repairs.
- Hawaii State Liquor Law prohibits the consumption of alcohol beverages in the public or common areas of the hotel. The consumption of alcohol from minors will not be tolerated and the police will be notified of any such reporter incidents.
The hotel reserves the right to evict a guest who fails to comply with the guidelines and polices. The management wishes to thank you for your cooperation and we hope you have a pleasant stay with us.
