Sake Sampler- $18.00 for 3 tasting cups of Sake

Take a “Sake Flight” with our Sake Sampler enjoying sampling (2 oz) of three different styles of Sake.

Junmai-shu is sake with no distilled alcohol added resulting with more flavor of the rice. There is no requirement regarding polishing ratio. Junmai-shu is typically high in acidity and umami, with relatively little sweetness.

Ginjo-shu is made from polished rice from which at least 40% of the outer layer of the grain has been removed. It tends to have a fruity fragrance, a smooth texture and a good aftertaste.

Daiginjo-shu is made from more polished rice from which at least 50% of the outer layer of the grain has been removed. It has an even more refined taste and stronger fragrance than ginjo-shu.

Miyako Waikiki View Room

Waikiki View Room located on the 2nd floor adjacent to the Imperial Ballroom. This room is an ideal and quiet space for private dining for parties up to 18 persons with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and Waikiki at a distance. The Waikiki View room offer Japanese Cuisine out of the Miyako Restaurant and is available for dinner from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
