Children and Extra Bed:

There is no additional charge for children 12 and younger when staying in the same room with a parent and utilizing existing bedding.

Adding an extra bed for children is an additional $60.00 per night plus tax. Maximum of one extra bed per room. Adding a third adult (12 and older) to a room is an additional $60.00 per night plus tax.

Minimum Age & Check-In:

All guests must be 18 and older to confirm room or suite accommodations with a credit card. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in for age verification purposes. 

Check-in time: After 3:00 pm

Check-out time: 11:00 am

Early/Late Check-In/Out:

Early check-in and late check-out can only be guaranteed by booking the room for the night before check-in and after check-out.  An early check-out fee will be charged to guests who check out prior to their original date. Please contact the hotel’s Reservations Department for more information.

Hotel Parking:

Valet parking is $40.00 plus tax (per vehicle, per night). Gratuity is not included in the valet parking charge. The charge will be added to the final statement upon checkout and is payable directly to the hotel.

Deposit and Cancellations:

 Tax & Fees included. Cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty of one night's room and tax. Special cancellation policies may apply for year-end stays. A one night's deposit plus taxes with valid credit card guarantee is required. For year-end stays, special deposit requirements apply.

Advance Purchase Deposit and Cancellations:

For all Advanced Purchase reservations, full prepayment of room and applicable taxes is required upon booking.

Advanced Purchase reservations cannot be changed or canceled. No revisions, refunds, or credits will be issued for early departure, cancellation and/or early arrival. In the event that the guest cancels or changes their reservation, the deposit will be forfeited. No resales are allowed.

Holiday Deposit and Cancellations:

Tax & Fees Included. Cancel 30 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty of TWO night's room and tax. A TWO night's deposit plus taxes with valid credit card guarantee is required. For reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival full prepayment required at time of booking, nonrefundable.

Mandatory Resort Fee (Kaimana Club Pass):

A daily $25.00 fee will be applied to all reservations per occupied room per night. This fee includes the use of the following:  

1. Hawaiian cultural classes such as hula and lei making
2. Wellness offerings include circuit training, yoga, and stand-up paddle boarding
3. Use of cruiser bikes
4. Surfboard rentals from Kai Sallas Pro Surf School
5. Concierge and Pre-arrival services
6. Private beach host plus use of towels, chairs, and umbrellas, organic reef-safe sunscreen
7. High-speed Wi-Fi
8. In-room Still and Sparkling Vivreau water (refreshed daily)
9. Daily housekeeping service.
   

The fees and inclusions are subject to change by the hotel without notice.

Smoking Policy: 

Our hotel and property are 100% non-smoking. 

This includes all in-room balconies and all outdoor public areas at the hotel. If evidence of smoking is found on the property, guests will be charged a cleaning fee and placed on the guest folio. Fines will also be imposed on violators.
